Ex-player Liverpool Dietmar Hamann not too sure about the chance of ‘The Red’ in final Liga Champions. The reason is the failure to win the Premier League.
Liverpool will face Real Madrid at the Stade de France, Sunday (29/5/2022) early morning WIB, in the final Liga Champions. This duel became a repeat of the 2018 final, at which time Madrid emerged victorious with a score of 3-1.

“I do think that with the way Liverpool’s domestic season ended, with City missing a penalty and drawing with West Ham and with them being two goals down and then finding a way to win, things didn’t go the way they wanted.
“Liverpool could and probably should have won and that disappointment is where the danger lies, I think. Liverpool should not underestimate Madrid, I think other teams are guilty of that and punished.”
“The more I think about the game, the more I don’t believe in myself. Because Madrid have beaten City, Chelsea and PSG and they have looked like they’ve run out in each of those meetings, nobody has given them a chance, but they can still find a way to bounce back. ” he added.
