Han-Noah Massengo can dream bigger, he who remains on a full season with his club Bristol in the Championship. OGC Nice is knocking on the door of the young midfielder.
Leaving his training club, Monaco, to join Bristol City in 2019, Han-Noah Massengo has just concluded a full season (39 games). At almost 21, the midfielder has become one of the most important elements of the Championship team and recently crossed the 100 professional appearances mark.
What begins to move the interests around him. Under contract until 2023, Han-Noah Massengo has received an extension offer from his club but faced with the arrival of clubs deemed interesting for his progress, Bristol will have difficulty retaining the Frenchman.
A German club has also expressed its interest
In the Premier League, the name Massengo is circulating more and more in recruitment cells. This is the case in Leicester for example, which has already initiated the first contacts. In France, Nice did the same, entering more concretely into the active phase of recruiting the midfielder.
Several meetings have already taken place between the Nice management and the player’s representatives. We will now have to see how INEOS’ thinking evolves around its organization chart to find out if OGC Nice can finalize this file. As the opening of the transfer window approaches, a German club whose name has not been filtered has also expressed its interest.
