Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKON) announced that the company’s President Commissioner Trisna Muliadi has resigned from the company. However, the reason for the resignation was not explained.
This was conveyed by Umar Ganda, Deputy President Director of JKON in today’s disclosure of information, Tuesday (24/5/2022).
“With reference to OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk hereby informs that the Company has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Trisna Muliadi as President Commissioner of PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk dated May 20, 2022,” wrote the information disclosure.
However, Umar stated that this incident and information did not have a material impact on the Company’s operational, legal, financial condition or business continuity.
JKON itself plans to hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on June 22. However, it is not known what agenda will be discussed.
To note, JKON is the construction company of the Jaya Group, which previously in February had selected as the winner of the tender for the Formula-E circuit.
JKON was selected as the winner of the Formula-E circuit tender after participating in the tender process and several selection stages held by PT Jakarta Propertindo (JakPro).
