The son of West Ham co-owner David Sullivan has been named at the top of the Sunday Times Rich Young Sportsmen list with a staggering £1.1bn net worth.
Jack Sullivan, 22, sensationally topped the list of people involved in the UK sports industry under the age of 30 ahead of all Premier League footballers in the country. He was also second in the overall top 100 list, which includes other industries, and was only beaten by Australian-born businessman Johnny Boufarhat with £2.06bn from his Hopin online platform.
He’s unlikely to thrill Hammers supporters after narrowly missing out on Europa League football on Sunday, as Sullivan’s fortune takes into account his family’s overall wealth.

He was followed in the list of athletes by Ben Francis, 29, owner of the Gymshark brand, and Lewis Morgan, co-founder of the same sportswear brand and now president of the AYBL Group.
Meanwhile, a whopping 34 of the top 100 who made the overall list were footballers.

Leading the Premier League stars was Paul Pogba, whose huge salaries at Manchester United have given him a net worth of £77m. That alone was good enough for ninth place on the overall list, as he placed behind former One Direction singer Harry Styles.
Manchester City’s title-winning duo Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling were the next footballers on the list with £58m and £50m respectively. Meanwhile, Harry Kane and Romelu Lukaku rounded out the top five of football’s star tier with £42m, good enough to equal 19th.
