(CercleFinance.com) – Bank of America has announced that it has raised its minimum hourly wage in the United States to $22, an increase which will take effect from the end of June and which will mark the next step in its plan to raise it to $25. by 2025.

The banking establishment recalls having increased, over the past five years, its minimum hourly wage to 15 dollars in 2017, then to 17 dollars in 2019, to 20 dollars in 2020 and to 21 dollars last October.

“Bank of America’s efforts have been recognized by a number of outside organizations, including Fortune’s ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list for four consecutive years,” he said.
