The deadbeat members of the Coopec de Sakassou were urged to repay their loans, during the 5th general meeting of the agency of this banking structure held on Saturday May 21, 2022 at the cultural center.

According to the representative of the regional management of the Coopec of Bouaké, Pauline Ahounou, who launched this appeal, this will allow the Sakassou agency to put an end to these budget deficits for decades estimated at a little more of 55.2 million CFA francs for the 2021 financial year.

The head of the Coopec agency in Sakassou, Soro Dieudonné, explained this disastrous situation by the unhealthy behavior of many members who leave Sakassou permanently without leaving a trace or change their geographical address. He also justified this non-reimbursement of credits by the fact that the borrowers do not invest in income-generating activities (IGA) for which the loan was granted.

All the members of the Coopec de Sakassou were invited to work alongside the employees of the said structure in order to find all those who vanished in the wild with the funds and above all, to bring them to fulfill their credits.
