A man, a woman and a minor who prostituted themselves were indicted in Nancy for aggravated pimping after being denounced by a 13-year-old girl, report our colleagues from The Republican East. The two adults, aged 29 and 26, were remanded in custody and the 16-year-old minor under judicial supervision, while the 13-year-old girl was returned to her mother.
Originally from the North, the young girl had taken refuge in a business in Nancy on Thursday and then explained to the police that she had fled an apartment where she had been brought by one of her 16-year-old friends and two adults seeking, according to her, to prostitute her.

“The observations made in the apartment located in downtown Nancy revealed the existence of two bedrooms, which lacked door handles”, as well as numerous condoms, the use of mobile phones showing exchanges on the prices of sexual services, explained to AFP the public prosecutor of Nancy, François Pérain.
The 16-year-old minor, who, according to The Republican Eastwas wanted for having run away, confirmed to “habitually engage in prostitution” throughout France and allegedly pressured her friend to prostitute herself as well.
The three indicted dispute the facts.
