The war in Ukraine divided the world in two. Society in our country is also divided into two camps and began to hate. This was stated by the sociologist Andrey Raichev in the program “Panorama” on BNT.
He said he was against the war, but was not convinced of the innocence of the Ukrainians.
“We are told that those who do not stand behind Zelensky support Putin. The tension between the two camps is growing. I’m not for Putin. It is causing Russia the greatest trouble in the last 200 years, “Raichev said.
“What we are seeing is counterproductive and harmful to the West. Western man does not know what it is like to live in communism and propaganda. At the same time, the Bulgarian’s suspicion against the West is growing. We are witnessing hysteria, which is counterproductive, namely how manipulative and evil the West is, “said Andrei Raichev.
“Bulgaria has always been either the end of the West or the end of the East. We are now the easternmost place in Europe. This is our privilege. We are being exchanged. We are both. Our identity is great and we must love it, “said the sociologist.
