Prosecutors at the special prosecutor’s office have initiated a preliminary investigation into work environment crimes against the Police Authority after the riots in several Swedish cities where more than a hundred police officers were injured, reports Ekot.
The riots started when Rasmus Paludan, party leader of the Danish right-wing extremist party Tight Course, during his current “election tour” in Sweden wanted to burn Islam’s holy scripture the Koran.
