DKI Jakarta was hit by heavy rain and strong winds today. DKI Jakarta BPBD recorded that 24 RTs in the capital were inundated with a height of more than 40 cm.
“There are currently 24 RTs or 0.079% of the 30,470 RTs in DKI Jakarta with a height of more than 40 cm,” said Head of the DKI Jakarta BPBD Disaster Information and Data Center M Inshaf in his statement, Sunday (15/5/2022). .
Inshaf reported that the data was taken today at 18.00 WIB. The inundation points are spread over 2 RTs in East Jakarta due to high rainfall and 22 RTs in South Jakarta due to overflowing Krukut River.
“The inundation condition is being handled by the DSDA, the DKI BPBD TRC Team, the Damkar and the Kelurahan PPSU. The inundation is targeted to subside quickly,” said Insyaf.
The following is the distribution of DKI Jakarta flood points:
1. East Jakarta has 2 RTs consisting of:
Susukan Village
– Quantity: 2 RT
– Height: 40 to 60 cm
– Cause: High Rainfall
2. South Jakarta there are 22 RTs consisting of:
Petogogan Village
– Quantity: 22 RT
– Height: 40 to 45 cm
– Cause: Krukut River Overflow
