The Municipal Council met on Tuesday, May 10 for a meeting which included only one deliberation and which was followed by various questions, as recalled by Marie-Françoise Nadau, Mayor of Parentis, had to adopt the order of the day. The elected officials unanimously approved the transfer of a plot, property of the municipality and an area of 118 square meters, to the civil real estate company of attribution, constituted with a view to the realization of a future medical center -dental rue du Château-d’eau. This project aims to create a health facility that will meet future needs by bringing together medical practices and dental practices on the same site. For general practitioners in the town, it will also make it possible to anticipate retirement, facilitate the installation of new practitioners and optimize the time amplitude of consultations. The real estate project comprises three levels, with eight general medicine practices on the ground floor, four dental practices and two surgery blocks on the first floor, as well as common rooms on the top floor. The medical-dental center should be operational by the second half of 2024.
