Finally, i new car incentives 2022 they are to really get there. After green light from the Court of Auditors publication in the Official Gazette was expected which, however, was slow in arriving. Now, Il Sole 24 Ore, citing the MISE, has made it known that the decree it will be published in the Official Gazette on Monday 16 May and will be immediately operational.
According to what has been reported, even if the IT platform will not be made available immediately, all contracts signed from May 16 will be compatible with the new incentives. It will then be up to the concessionaires to make the request as soon as the Ecobonus platform is put online.
When will the web platform for submitting questions be made available? According to reports, it seems that it will go online on May 25th.

CLICK DAY RISK
We have already talked about it. The green light for new incentives with this procedure could lead to a real click dayespecially for cars that fall within the range 61-135 g / km of CO2 which are the most requested on the market. There is a risk, therefore, that not everyone will be able to access the contributions given that the dealerships will accumulate orders. We will see what happens but it is likely that the funds available for these cars will last very little.
Furthermore, the Government still has to clarify some aspects of the regulation of the new incentives such as the maximum limit of 180 days for the delivery of a new car, in order to have the contribution, difficult to respect given that with the chip crisis the delivery times have significantly lengthened.

UP TO 5 THOUSAND EURO FOR ELECTRICITY
We recall the structure of the 2022 incentives for the purchase of new cars.
- Auto 0-20 g / km of CO2 (up to 35 thousand euros + VAT): 3 thousand euros without scrapping – 5 thousand euros with scrapping (220 million euros in 2022)
- Car 21-60 g / km of CO2 (up to 45 thousand euros + VAT): 2 thousand euros without scrapping – 4 thousand euros with scrapping (225 million euros in 2022)
- Auto 61-135 g / km of CO2 (up to 35 thousand euros + VAT): 2 thousand euros with scrapping (170 million euros in 2022)

Speaking of scrapping, the cars must be of a class below Euro 5 (owned for at least 12 months). Incentives for the purchase of new vehicles are only granted to natural persons. A small percentage of the funds is reserved for car sharing companies for the purchase of electric, hybrid and plug-in vehicles.
