City pimping proliferates in the Parisian suburbs. But by prostituting a teenager, aged only 13, these pimps have reached a sad record of precocity. A network of young criminals was dismantled at the end of June in Villepinte (Seine-Saint-Denis), by investigators from the family protection brigade (BPF). These three men, aged 17 to 20, were indicted on Thursday, June 24 in Bobigny, for aggravated pimping.
