There are also incentives for the purchase of electric and hybrid mopeds and motorcycles: a contribution of 30% of the purchase price up to a maximum of 3 thousand euros and of 40% up to 4 thousand euros if a motorcycle is scrapped in a class from 0 to 3 euros. This eco-bonus is financed with 15 million euros for the years 2022 , 2023 and 2024.

The recipients
Incentives are granted only to individuals. A small percentage of the funds is reserved for car sharing companies for the purchase of electric, hybrid and plug-in vehicles.
Electric commercial vehicles
In favor of small and medium-sized enterprises, including legal persons, carrying out transport activities, on the other hand, contributions are envisaged for the purchase of commercial vehicles of category N1 and N2, brand new, exclusively powered by electricity. The incentive is granted with the simultaneous scrapping of an approved vehicle in a class lower than Euro 4. A contribution of 4 thousand euros has been recognized for N1 vehicles up to 1.5 tons, of 6 thousand euros for N1 vehicles above 1.5 tons tons and up to 3.5 tons, of 12 thousand euros for N2 vehicles from 3.5 tons up to 7 tons. A contribution of 14 thousand euros is recognized for N2 vehicles over 7 tons and up to 12 tons. This eco-bonus is financed with 10 million in 2022, 15 million in 2023 and 20 million in 2024.
