Slovak hockey players should confirm their role as the favorite in their opening match at the World Championships in Helsinki.
In the fight against France, they are determined not only by the current quality of staff, but also by historical statistics. Both opponents also met in the general championship, the Slovaks triumphed 2: 0.

A week ago, the Slovak hockey players managed the match at the Kaufland Cup in Žilina after goals by Adam Liška and Jakub Minárik. Originally, the Slovak hockey players were to start in their first match against Russia, but after the exclusion of the “team” from the tournament, their organizers replaced them with the French. “This reassignment to the elite category has boosted our confidence and the players are well set up. Well, we know that in the A-category, each team has great dynamics and we have to give ourselves everything. If we play what we are capable of, people will see that the favorites will suffer.
