Amsterdam – Competing real estate agents have had success with complaints about the advertising and marketing of Makelaarsland, the ‘louse in the fur’ of real estate association NVM. The NVM disciplinary judge suspended Makelaarsland for six months in response to the complaints, as a result of which the former residential division of ING could no longer list houses on the Funda website. Director Gijs van Wijgerden does not accept this: “We will continue with our services.”
