“We think it’s important that the boys can share their grief with each other.”
The club provides support to members in many ways. They can come together in rooms of the club. Victim support and the confidential counselor of RKDVC are available if they need it.
“We think it’s important that the boys can share their grief with each other, that they continue to talk to each other and to their parents. Because everything is about everyone, this has a strong impact on everyone.” The board of the club also wants to open a condolence register on the website.
The collision happened around 12:30 am on Saturday night, near a bus station. The two boys were on their way to Tilburg and got off at the stop in Loon op Zand. There the boys crossed the road, after which they were hit by a 23-year-old motorist from Tilburg. The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
