Reuters and UNIAN report on new missile strikes on Odessa and Nikolaev PHOTOS

Four rockets hit the Ukrainian port city of Odessa today, Reuters reported, citing a televised statement by district administration spokesman Serhiy Bratchuk.

“Odessa has just been shelled by rockets. So far, of course, there is no accurate information,” he said.

Bratchuk called on the residents of Odessa not to film and publish the results of the strikes on social networks, UNIAN reports.

“The enemy has once again shown its meanness and several rockets have flown in. All the details are still being clarified. More detailed information will be provided in due course,” he added.

Another 4 explosions were heard in the Voznenski area.

“Four explosions were heard in the Voznesensky district. The RBA leadership called on the residents of the neighborhood to respond to the alarm signals,” the report said.

At the same time, the Voznesenskaya RVA’s Facebook page noted that the regional military administration was asking citizens “to be especially careful about signals of air strikes, as the region is again being attacked by the enemy with missile strikes.”

“As soon as the alarm is sounded, you must immediately hide in a shelter,” the statement said.

A man was wounded in the shooting.

In addition, the enemy fired a rocket over the Poltava region on the morning of May 7. The Ukrainian air defense took it down.

He failed to shoot down a rocket over Karlovka, which damaged infrastructure. Fortunately, no one was injured and the fire was extinguished.

With the approach of May 9, which is one of the most important military dates for Russia, all Ukrainians are urged not to ignore the alarm sirens.
