Because of the war in Ukraine, Russia is not welcome at the Eurovision Song Contest this year. It’s not the first time a geopolitical issue has slipped into the popular song contest like this. The political riots cannot be counted on one hand. Chef of Culture Filip Tielens tells you all about it.
