In fact, if there is no network availability, the transaction cannot be carried out and therefore will be rejected. In these cases it is advisable to get the receipt of the rejected transaction anyway, because there could be errors and you will find yourself paying twice the same amount. With the receipt, however, you can dispute the matter.
