Tilburg – The hair of a 22-year-old from Tilburg was set on fire on Thursday afternoon in a city bus by a woman with a lighter. The victim also received a serious elbow strike from the same woman. She suffered some scorched marks on her scalp and a sore upper left arm. The victim has filed a report. A 37-year-old woman has been arrested.
