Amber Heard revealed Johnny Depp’s romantic words when he proposed to himself in 2014. Heard made the remarks during the defamation trial of Johnny Depp’s lawsuit, Thursday (5/5).
The 36-year-old actress said that at that time, Johnny Depp proposed while kneeling in front of her.
“It was really sweet. He knelt down and said, ‘I want you to be my girl forever. I want you to be the rest of my life. Say yes to me,'” said Heard. Law & Crime Network.
“Johnny said he wanted to spend every day with me. He promised that every day I woke up, he would make me smile at least once, and that would be his dream.”
Amber Heard then revealed how she responded to Depp’s proposal. He admitted that he saw a hopeful future with Depp.
Heard was worried that the proposal was simply Depp’s impulsive feeling. He also asked Depp several times whether the proposal was really serious or not.
“And I looked into his eyes and I saw the future and my hopes, like blind hopes, so fell in love. I can not describe the happiness like that,” said Heard.
He later said, “I had so much hope at that time. I said to him over and over, ‘Are you serious? Are you sure?'”
Previously, Heard also revealed how he fell in love with Johnny Depp and started a relationship with the actor.
