Prague – The Czech Republic has ended the epidemic emergency caused by the corona pandemic. The last remaining measures, such as the obligation to wear masks in health and care facilities, no longer apply. “The incidence is falling and falling,” Health Minister Vlastimil Válek said in Prague. According to current figures, there were 77 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days. Health insurance companies only pay for PCR tests if they are prescribed by a doctor.
