Store between 0°C and +4°CAfter opening, cover and consume within 3 days.- In a saucepan: cook the sausage for 35 minutes, without piercing it, in simmering water, without bringing to the boil. – On the barbecue: wrap the sausage in aluminum foil with red wine, onions and herbs. Place the papillote on the barbecue and cook for about 50 minutes.
