Twitter Circle: The social network is testing its own version of Close Friends

Instagram’s Close Friends option has become extremely popular since it was implemented, as users can now share their most intimate stories only with their closest acquaintances. Well, very soon you will also be able to enjoy the same thing on Twitter.

Through a post, Twitter revealed a test-stage feature called Twitter Circles, which has basically the same functionality as Close Friends. When you are going to make a publication you can decide whether to place it in public mode or in restricted mode, so that only people from your chosen circle can see it. To do this, you previously form a circle, in which you add only those people who will be able to see even your restricted tweets. Check out the function below:

An important and interesting detail is that people will not be notified if they are added or removed from someone’s close circle on Twitter, they will simply start seeing restricted posts with a green message that identifies them. Thus, if necessary, you can eliminate someone from your circle without necessarily realizing it.

Plus, you can add up to 150 people to your circle, which means even if you want to write to a small number of your followers, it can be big enough to make an impact.

Twitter Circles is in public testing, so you may already be able to use the option when trying to post something.
