Hanna Luden, director of the Center for Information and Documentation Israel (CIDI) says: ‘We do not know to what extent this is punishable. That must be determined by the Public Prosecution Service. It’s an unclear boundary. I would advise everyone to report this to the police, so that the Public Prosecution Service should look into this. Holocaust denial is punishable, that’s clear,” said Luden. “But this particular case is not explicitly stated in the law. We therefore think it is a good case to submit to the court.’
