The negotiations for the acquisition of the Milan from Investcorp. According to what reported by Il Sole 24 Ore, the Bahrain fund will put from its own sources about 800 million euros to complete the deal with Elliott.
The other 400 million euros will come from loans. The final figure will therefore be 1.2 billion euros.
