Iva Kubelková on Face: It was a massacre
“In fact, in this way, one is able to realize it a bit. At the moment, it’s so challenging and really a bit of a massacre. You just do those things to make the most of it, and you don’t even really realize that you should enjoy it either. ” said Iva in an interview with eXtra.cz.
“Until now, in retrospect, I remember it nicely, it was a great experience!” she noted.
Shooting was not only difficult for Iva, but also for other competitors. “There are a lot of things that seem very difficult. Learn the song in a week, in fact, in just six days. The day before, we should have been able to do it on the soundtrack. And when there’s some choreography, it’s challenging, “ she said.
“On the other hand, you get out of your comfort zone a bit by being forced to face, for example, songs that are different and different in genre, or you’re making a guy, for example,” cut Iva.
“Add to that the mask, which goes a little against everything, because if you have artificial teeth in your mouth, for example, and I don’t know what is stuck, then one has to concentrate a little and not let those things decide. It’s a great experience, “ she added.
Iva Kubelková as Dua Lipa or Sia
During the filming, Iva took on several roles. She performed as Dua Lipa, Sia or maybe Bruno Mars. She really enjoyed each of them and she can’t tell which role she enjoyed the most.
“It simply came to my notice then. I realized that every role and song was something I had to deal with, and I liked it a bit. One cannot perform or sing it with any resistance. I loved every role and I enjoyed it, “ she said.
Kubelková: Her face was like a pioneer camp
Iva also praises the group of competitors who met in the last series of the show. “It simply came to our notice then. We didn’t have any disruptive element as a bunch, we all managed to support and praise nicely. That’s important,” he says with enthusiasm.
If any of the participants have grown to her heart, then it is Monika Absolonová! “It was like a pioneer camp, so of course whoever you have the locker room with will grow at your heart the most. So Monika Absolonová came to my heart the most, with whom we went together like these ten weeks, ” laughs Iva.
Kubelka’s greatest support? Beautiful daughters
Her beautiful daughters were also a support in Iva’s competition, Natalia a Caroline.
“Kájinka went to her performance more often. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn’t do so often because of school, but I think she felt support from us and it helped her a lot, ” revealed Natalie, the older of the daughters.

Of course, there was also a kiss under the cherry blossom. “My partner has already given me a kiss, so everything is fine and sunlit!” added Iva Kubelková with a smile.
