In Veldhoven, Brabant, a cyclist was injured this morning when he was hit by a caravan that had come loose.
The accident happened around 11:30 a.m. on Kempenbaan. According to the police, the caravan was not properly coupled, causing it to slip from the tow bar. The cyclist was waiting at a traffic light when the caravan approached him, reports Broadcasting Brabant.
The victim has been taken to hospital. Both the caravan and the bicycle were badly damaged.
