Saturday, at the town hall of Marcq-en-Barœul, the union of Fabien Richard and Clémence Vanneste was pronounced by Marc Deleury, municipal councilor. Fabien, 33, management controller, was born in Dechy; Clémence, 31, product manager, was born in Croix. Their witnesses were Cindy Rustin, Fabien Plutot, Julie Maréchal and Elsa Bertrand.
