The Swiss-American duo now has to pay more than 3.5 billion pounds (equivalent to 4.3 billion Swiss francs) for the English football club. Earlier, another billionaire, British businessman Sir Jim Ratcliffe, made a £4.25 billion bid. But this offer was not considered because it was apparently received too late, according to the reports.
