Juergen Klopp complaining about the schedule Liverpool in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola judge Klopp is just wasting time with his complaints.
Liverpool will play Villarreal in the Champions League semifinals on Wednesday (27/4/2022) evening local time. The Reds then have to undergo an away game at Newcastle United’s headquarters in the continuation Premier League on Saturday (30/4/2022) at 12.30 pm local time.
Klopp actually wanted a longer recovery time after the match against Villarreal. Liverpool had submitted a request that the kick-off match against Newcastle be changed to night, but the Premier League refused.
Klopp called Liverpool’s match schedule ‘brutal’. However, Guardiola thinks there is no point in complaining about the schedule.
“Nothing will change. It will not change because the rights holders are thinking about what they have to do to get more viewers. It’s not about what players or teams need,” Guardiola said as quoted by the Daily Mail. ESPN.
“Of course I understand, but what can I say? We’re not going to solve the problem, I’ve said it many times.”

Pep Guardiola mentioning a busy schedule is nothing new. The Manchester City manager suggested that disgruntled coaches move to another league.
“Everyone has their own business that must be defended. We adapt. If they say play Saturday, we play Saturday. If they say play Tuesday, we play Tuesday,” said Guardiola.
“Thursday? We’ll play Thursday. Whatever they want, it doesn’t matter. If I’m not satisfied, I go home and not be Man City manager.”
“I went to another league in the Maldives, in the Maldives League, and played once a week and I’m very comfortable under a coconut tree and it would be perfect. But that’s not the case. You play at 12.30, I’m sorry Liverpool but I wasn’t involved with that. that,” said Guardiola.
