WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden wants to send billions of dollars in aid to Ukraine again. He will also make it easier to take the possessions of Russian oligarchs. The proceeds from the sale of their expensive apartments, yachts and seized bank balances should go directly to Ukraine. Biden still needs Congressional approval for these plans. It is expected that there will be enough support for this.
