Seven Slovaks also enjoyed the title, who again left a significant seal in the club. They will enjoy the championship celebrations Martin Marinčin, Martin Bakoš, Marko Daňo, Vladimír Dravecký, Patrik Hrehorčák, Tomáš Marcinko and Miloš Roman.

For Třinec, this is the fourth overall title in the highest competition, it won for the first time in 2011 and added two more in the 2018/19 season and last year. In 2019/20, the playoffs did not take place due to a coronavirus pandemic. Dravecký and Marcinko won three titles with Třinec, Roman and Hrehorčák two.

The first goal of the sixth final fell in the 15th minute after the action of the “Slovak” fourth formation. Dravecký quickly got to his feet and got the puck, sent it to Roman’s left wing, who indicated a shot in front of the goal, but returned the pass to Dravecký and there was only an uncovered net in front of him. Only a minute and a half passed and Třinec led by two goals.

Adam Polášek cut Martin Růžička in a separate raid and so a penalty shot followed. This was transformed by Vladimír Svačina, who overcame Július Hudáček in Sparta’s goal.

In the next course, Třinec focused mainly on defending a two-goal lead and did not let Sparta into anything. In the second period, he allowed her only four shots on goal, while he himself threatened from breaks. The third act had a similar course, but Sparta still dramatized the duel. In the 53rd minute, Roman Horák pushed through Marinčina’s mistake. In the end, Sparta recalled Hudáček, but she was no longer able to cope.
