Romel Dorado, director of Tourism and Culture, highlighted the diversity of natural, heritage and cultural attractions of the department, to which he added the different fairs, festivals, anniversaries and the baroque music festival that will provide a plus to the tourist offer for this end of the year. week.
“This Sunday, in San Carlos, the seventh baking fair will be held, where typical baked goods from the region, handicrafts, honey derivatives, and others will be exhibited. In Mairana, this Saturday and Sunday, the sixth productive fair and the XV Tangerine Festival will be held. In San José de Chiquitos, on April 29 and 30, the exhibition fair will be held and on the 1st, which is its anniversary, there will be a livestock fair accompanied by a parade,” Dorado said.
