Your tasks

• you take over the deputy management of the branch and are responsible for branch management
• together with the branch management, you are responsible for personnel planning, management and development of the 15 to 30-strong team
• one of your tasks is to actively support the branch team in their daily tasks
• You are responsible for ensuring the availability of goods, freshness, cleanliness and service quality
• In addition, optimal disposition is one of your tasks

• You have completed your training and have already gained professional experience
• ideally you already have some experience in leading teams
• You are enthusiastic about our business and like to lend a hand
