Construction cranes have been turning in the country’s metropolitan areas for several years. Many apartments have recently been built in cities such as Vienna and Graz. Exactly what was built or is currently being built is what the company Exploreal looked at with the Association of Real Estate and Asset Trustees of the Chamber of Commerce for the “First Austrian New Construction Report”. The report will be updated annually in the future.
