Demand for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max models is higher than Apple initially predicted.
To respond to growing market demand, the Cupertino company will increase production of the iPhone 13 Pro by eight million and that of the Pro Max by 6.5 million.
Eight million more iPhone 13 Pro will be produced to meet market demand
Despite rumors abounding and growing enthusiasm for Apple’s next generation of smartphones, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are currently seeing an increase in demand.
Apparently, both models are having greater success with users than Apple initially predicted. And, for that reason, the company has already informed its supply chain that it intends to increase the production of units of these two pieces of equipment.
According to information now released, Apple will increase the production of the iPhone 13 Pro by eight million and the production of the iPhone 13 Pro Max by 6.5 million. This translates into an increase of 10 million compared to the last quarter.
According to a recently released sales report, Apple recorded a total increase of 10% in global sales of the iPhone 13 which is obviously reflected in its revenue.
Several experts point out that during the second quarter of 2022, the iPhone 13 will continue its upward rise, but that in the third quarter it may decelerate, as this period of time is already closer to the launch of the iPhone 14. This situation may lead many users to wait for the iPhone 14 to embrace the iOS universe.
iPhone 14 may have a variant that changes color
One of the latest rumors regarding the iPhone 14 gives an account of the color variants with which the model can be made available. Apparently, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will come in black, white, blue and red while the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will come in graphite, gold, silver and purple variants.
But according to the same information, the purple variant of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro will have an unexpected detail. Thanks to the exclusive integrated finish, the model changes shades depending on the lighting conditions in which it finds itself. A detail that will certainly be highlighted in the official presentation, if the information is confirmed.
