Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Dividend season isn’t over yet. Some issuers have paid for it, some have just reached the announcement stage and the execution will be carried out in the near future.
The dividend can be used as a holiday allowance or THR. Not only for retail investors, but THR dividends will also be felt by conglomerates.
Here are a number of Indonesian tycoons who have received THR dividends of fantastic value. In fact, the value is up to trillions of rupiah!
Starting from the Hartono Family
Bank BCA has finished paying dividends totaling Rp. 14.79 trillion or Rp. 120 per share to investors on April 19, 2022. Previously, BBCA had also distributed an interim dividend for the 2021 financial year of Rp. 25 per share on December 7, 2021.
Thus, the total dividend for the 2021 financial year is IDR 17.87 trillion or IDR 145 per share.
This means that the Hartono family and other parties affiliated with PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan as controllers and holders of 54.94% BBCA shares will receive dividends in the range of Rp 9.82 trillion.
Sandiaga Uno and Edwin Soeryadjaya from Saratoga Investama Sedaya (SRTG)
SRTG will distribute cash dividends for the 2021 financial year. The value reaches IDR 814 billion or IDR 60 per share, a 173% jump compared to the 2020 fiscal year dividend, IDR 298 billion.
Sandiaga Uno is known to own 21.51% or the equivalent of 2.92 billion SRTG shares, meaning that Sandi’s estimated cash from Saratoga’s dividend reaches Rp. 175.2 billion.
Meanwhile, Edwin Soeryadjaya, who owns 4.49 billion shares (33.10%), earned more money, with the figure in the range of Rp 269.5 billion.
Wijono and Hermanto Tanoko from Avia Avian (AVIA)
A paint producer from Surabaya has just announced that it will distribute cash dividends to shareholders of IDR 1.2 trillion or around 83.3% of its 2021 net profit which was recorded at IDR 1.4 trillion.
This amount includes the previously paid interim dividend of Rp 700 billion. This means that there is still another Rp 500 billion that is ready to be stocked. In total, the dividends distributed are IDR 20.55 per share from net profit in 2021.
It is difficult to calculate exactly how much the Tanoko family earned from last year’s dividend, considering that more than half of it was distributed before the company’s shares were officially publicly traded on December 8, 2021.
However, using the latest share ownership data, the total obtained by the Tanoko family reached Rp. 829.08 billion. This figure could be higher considering that prior to the dilution due to the IPO, the Tanoko family’s shareholding was slightly larger.
Specifically, Hermanto Tanoko and his family, who own 22.67 billion AVIA shares (36.60%) through PT Tancorp Surya Sentosa, earned an estimated cash of Rp 439.2 billion.
Meanwhile, Wijono Tanoko and his family, who own 20.13 billion AVIA shares (32.49%) through PT Wahana Lancar Rezeki, which is also the company’s controller, are estimated to be able to obtain cash in the range of Rp 389.9 billion.
