Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The first solar eclipse of 2022 will occur on April 30. This natural phenomenon will occur throughout Antarctica, South America at its southern tip, and the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.
The solar eclipse that will occur this time is partial or partial. Partial solar eclipses often look like the moon has “bite” or taken away some of the sun.
Partial solar eclipses make up about 64% of the sun’s will, according to NASA. The number will vary depending on where you are watching.
If it is completely closed, then what happens is a total solar eclipse. Meanwhile, this year, there will be no total solar eclipse, because the phenomenon will be in 2023.
The next partial solar eclipse is scheduled for October 25, 2022.
Unfortunately, Indonesia does not get this phenomenon. But don’t worry, you can still watch it via streaming.
This partial solar eclipse will occur starting at 14:45 EDT local time or 01:45 WIB on May 1, 2022. Meanwhile, the peak of the eclipse will be at 16:41 EDT local time or 03:41 WIB.
There will be several live streams of the event if you wish to observe the sky.
