Negotiations begin to operate a treatment plant in San José del Cabo – El Sudcaliforniano

Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. (OEM-Informex).- Within the framework of the meeting held by the municipal president of Los Cabos, Oscar Leggs Castro, the director of the Municipal Operator of the Potable Water, Sewage, and Sanitation System of Los Cabos, Ismael Piña, the first alderman Rogelio Tornero, with the Fonatur delegate, Felipe Beiles Tapia, agreed to establish a critical route so that the Los Cabos City Council, through Oomsapaslc, can operate the treatment plant.

It is highlighted that in the first place, Fonatur would deliver the infrastructure to the National Ejidal Development Fund Trust (Fifonafe) and this in turn would deliver to the Los Cabos City Council.

During the meeting it was agreed that work will be carried out inside the plant to stop the bad smell immediately.

To conclude, an agreement was reached to continue the work tables between the Government of Los Cabos and Fonatur, as well as a visit next week to Mexico City to analyze the terms of collaboration agreements for the entry of Oomsapas into the operation of the treatment plant.
