New York City Police are searching for the driver allegedly responsible for sending a teenage boy to the hospital and fleeing the scene of the crash on Saturday.
Emergency officers responded to the hit-and-run around 1:30 p.m. in 113th Street y 2nd Avenue and East Harlem.
Authorities said a gray Audi hit a 13-year-old boy who was driving a scooter In the area. The driver fled the scene and headed for the bridge. 3rd avenueaccording to the uniform.
Police said the teen was taken to a nearby hospital for a minor leg injury.
