Double goalscorer Valon Fazliu gave Wil the lead after 15 minutes but just four minutes later it was 2-1 to Schaffhausen. Raul Bobadilla scored his number 2 and 3 goals for FCS to make it 1-1 and 3-1. Joaquin Ardaiz later met. With his 18th goal of the season, the Uruguayan extended his lead in the scorers’ list.
Schaffhausen, who have won six of their last seven games, caught up with FC Winterthur on points (55 each). Zurich will play their 31st round game in Yverdon on Sunday afternoon.
FC Vaduz did what it had to do to stay in the promotion race – with significantly fewer chances than Schaffhausen. The Liechtensteiners beat Neuchâtel Xamax 2-0 at home thanks to two goals from Manuel Sutter in the first half.
