Foldables have still not become mainstream but the technology can take a real step in that direction later this year. Flexible screen technology has become a bit more affordable for each new generation.
According to Ross Young from DSCC, Samsung expects sales success for the Galaxy Fold 4 and Galaxy Flip 4. Young claims that Samsung will produce twice as many copies of the phones in July, as of the predecessors last summer.
He also believes that we may see another price reduction, which is likely – especially for Flip 4.
Samsung’s Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 phone production for July are more than double what it was for the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3. Pointing to a very strong launch. Might see a price cut.
