“It was supposed to be a great trip between graffiti artists and now it’s a nightmare,” says Toulouse artist Fouad CEET. This historical figure of graffiti in the Pink City is in shock after the death of two of his friends, Julien Blanc, 34, and Pierre Audebert, 28, who accompanied him on a trip to New York to sell his NFT (digital artwork). These two up-and-coming Toulouse artists died on April 20, hit by a New York subway train, when they wanted to spray-paint a train car. Fouad CEET, who returned to Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) this Friday morning, was forced to identify the bodies of his two friends after the fatal accident.
