The postcodes that will be dropped after the value depreciation scheme has been updated are 9723, 9946, 9947, 9948, 9949 and 9975. For these homeowners it is important – if they have not already done so – to apply for compensation by the summer at the latest. their value decrease, because after that they may no longer be eligible for it. The new zip codes that will be added to the updated scheme are: 9474, 9614, 9622, 9644, 9651, 9655, 9657, 9659, 9679, 9681, 9732 and 9971. The homeowners on these zip codes cannot yet apply, but after the update does.
