Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie Free from Rehabilitation

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – celebrity couple Nia Ramadan and Ardi Bakrie has finished his rehabilitation. This means that Nia Ramadhani and Ardi are now free.

This was revealed by Nia Ramadhani’s attorney, Wa Ode Nur Zainab.

Wa Ode said that Nia Ramadhani and her husband were ordered to undergo 8 months of rehabilitation at the Fan Campus after filing an appeal to the Jakarta High Court.

“So on the Supreme Court’s website, it has actually appeared that the cases of Mrs. Nia, Mr. Ardi, Mr. Zen Vivanto (Driver Nia and Ardi) have been decided on March 29, 2022,” said Wa Ode at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (21/4). /2022).

“And actually the notification of the decision that was given to us, the verdict is that they have been ordered to undergo rehabilitation for eight months at the Fan Campus,” continued Wa Ode.

Because it has been declared that they have finished undergoing rehabilitation for 8 months, Nia Ramadhani and others are allowed to go home.

They were arrested on June 21, 2022.

“Because the decision is on March 29, 2022. It means that they have passed 8 months of undergoing rehabilitation. So it’s finished,” said Wa Ode.

“The verdict is 8 months. And those 8 months should be until March 10 (going home). But it turns out that the verdict is March 29. So it’s over already,” continued Wa Ode.

Wa Ode again made sure that Nia Ramadhani had gone home. Now Nia is undergoing Ramadan fasting worship.

“Yes, I’ve gone home and rested somewhere. So while undergoing Ramadan fasting,” said Wa Ode.

As is known, this case began with the arrest of Nia Ramadhani’s driver, Zen Vivanto, at Nia’s residence in mid-2021.

Together with Zen, the police found evidence in the form of a clip of shabu weighing 0.78 grams.

After that, the police secured Nia Ramadhani along with a meth smoker.

On the same day, Ardi Bakrie surrendered to the Central Jakarta Metro Police.

The three were then named suspects with the results of their urine tests being positive for drugs.

Nia Ramadhani, Ardi Bakrie, and Zen are said to have violated Article 127 Paragraph (1) letter a of Law Number 35 Year 2009 concerning Narcotics in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
