Gimbe, intensive decline and deaths, in 7 days -9% and -7%
The grip of the pandemic on the hospital front continues to loosen. From 13 to 19 April, the number of beds occupied by patients with Covid in intensive care drops from 463 to 422, with -8.9%, compared to the previous week. And deaths also fell, which were 861, -7.3% compared to 929 in the previous seven days, with an average of 123 per day compared to 133 in the previous week. On the other hand, the number of hospitalized patients with symptoms in medical wards remained stable at around 10,200 (+ 0.1%). This is what emerges from the independent monitoring of the Gimbe Foundation.
