Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov on Wednesday, April 20, said that Russia had handed over to Ukraine a draft treaty document.
“Russia handed over to Ukraine a draft document with clear wordings, the ball is on the side of Kyiv,” he said.
Peskov added that the Russian Federation is waiting for a response to its proposals and accused the Ukrainian side of not wanting to “intensify the process.”
