The district of La Terrasse in Toulouse is in shock. In a garage in this very chic residential area, the body of a woman was discovered this Sunday, April 17 according to The Midi Dispatch. Worse still, this 84-year-old lady was lying in a pool of blood when one of his sons made the macabre discovery in the morning.
